Here is my take. This company simply cannot move forward with Frank in charge. He needs to put his ego aside and step down. Regardless if we do a 30 for 1 share consolidation, or 60 for 1, it does not matter. With Frank at the helm , the stock price will drop down to current levels. Current shareholders, including myself (yes , I reluctantly held my position), are out of hope. I will only vote to support the consolidation if it comes with the condition that Frank will step down. If Frank does not step down , I will vote against the consolidation. April
