it is somewhat obvious to me that the company reacted strongly to Earl's group. maybe they were both antagonistic and everyone got their back up...

many perceptions.... only one truth... and I also must suggest that IF in fact the request was not tabled correctly, and THEN refused, and THEN for Earl's group to try and dictate costs to be returned because they didnt do something right...
