Rago...did I not once hear/read Earl saying this is not about the money but about saving GNH from itself? So now he wants to get paid for his stock loses?

If he wants $60k then I want $300k. After all whats fair for one is fair for all.

My loses on GNH far exceed Earls but I am a big boy and am the first to admit that it was I that was too greedy to sell at $.80-$.90.

Earl on the other hand wants to blame others for his own actions and greed.....again. Seems there is a pattern to his pension for sueing people and companies.

What shocks me is that there are other investors that are cheering ET on simply because they too lost money on GNH (and likely many other companies) and are looking for someone else to blame. These same people are ignoring the fact that the companies' hands are tied while they deal with ET. As investors thay are shooting themselves in the foot. Another very smart idea ey?
