Message: The Real Issue

Frankly it seems you have misinterpreted my position.

1. You seem to be suggesting I don't support Larry Hoover? When did I say that? He may not have a geology degree but he has studied chemistry and he has educated himself and can hold his own with most geologists. He is also well respected on Agoracom etc and by the management of GNH.

2. I already explained my position with respect to voting for ET as a point of principle to show management that the shareholders should decide if ET should join the BoD. That is not a good enough reason on its own to vote for ET.

3. I could prod my good buddy Scott (Yukon) and say he doesn't know what he is talking about but he would know I am just poking fun at him. Again of course I agree with Scott. I will be surprised if the company doesn't also agree with Scott.

4. Try as I might I could see no post by Bastien on Mar 2? Perhaps it was deleted by Agoracom? You quote his discussing "hands on field observations". If he is saying there should be more oversight, I have never said that would be a bad thing......by someone who is qualified.

Frankly I thought my position was spelled out clearly in several posts on Sunday by I will try to be clear.

Do I think that it would be a good thing to question Management about a variety of issues? That could not hurt anything as long as those asking the questions have some credibility.

Do I think ET has credibility? No I don't. For one thing he has alienated everyone at GNH. How effective do you think he could be under such circumstances?

I am not sure why GNH has not released more drilling results? I would have expected them in March. Yes I would like an answer to that question. The issue is who is best to ask the question?

WTF you seem to think that I am not as frustrated and disapointed as you or anyone else. Of course I am. I would support anyone with credibility that wants to have input with GNH.

In your response you do not address the point that 90% of companies on the TSX-V are undervalued. Why is it that you want to criticise GNH as if they are the only one that has suffered in this market? In saying this I am not siding with the company just recognizing a valid point.

You also choose to ignore the fact that many companies are trading at less than their cash value in this market. Look at some of the gold producers in Timmins and even they are highly undervalued. With less than 1M ounces in the groound we can not expect a company like GNH to get much love in this market when there are hundeds of companies out there with over 1M.

Finally you even quote me saying "you are not what we need." Exactly. We need someone with credibility who would have the ear of the BoD .... such as Larry Hoover for example. Both Scott and I supported Larry's bid to join the BoD.
