Getelectric, it takes more than that to offend me. sorry for the delayed response (hav'nt been checking this board daily). In response to your question and the subject of honesty here is my answer: I dont believe Larry would be good for the company because he is honest or a generally nice guy (he is). I believe Larry would be a good representative in our current situation because he has demonstrated an ability to raise funds and "sell the project". My suggestion would be to give him an incentive to raise funds, negociate a merger/JV, bring on a partner, etc.. i'm not certain if a board position is the best way to do this or not but that is what we need..capital

many folks who are still here today were sold on this project by Larry and if you played the PPS properly you made money. If you never sold any, you did'nt.
