Earl, when I make up a post on my Ipad, it comes out like your post, without any paragraphs. When I use a computer or laptop, it comes out with the paragraphs intact. I would guess that the Safari format is an issue with that but???

As far as the debate goes, I'm sorry but I have not met you in person and therefore, I will withhold any and all opinions I may have. I will await to see your proposal until making any final decisions as to what I think is going on and if I feel it is good or bad to the company, based on my limited knowledge of course...

I have met Larry several times and whatever else he may appear to be to others on this board, I have NEVER known Larry to give out false information on any subject that I have talked to him about. Debate with him all you want and I will hold you both in high regard... Please do not slander each other and I will continue to read both arguements posted here with an open mind. I will then take all information with a grain of salt and be the decision maker of my own investments................ Best to all.
