Earl this may be an oversimplification; However,

- a week or two before your petition started circulating and you logged into agoracom we were selling on low volume around .08-.095.

- a few days before most of us were aware of your petition the stock seemed to come under some unexplained selling pressure.

- today we're around .035

so far i'm not seeing the benefit that a proposed change in directors is bringing to the table.

i would imagine that frank knows GNH needs cash and i still dont see how throwing a wrench in the machine this late in the game will benefit the company. it's obvious something must be done but i think throwing up a for sale sign is probably a better course of action than adding another director at the last minute to further dilute the stock. I would think larger gold companies would be keeping a close eye on this property and eventially they will come to us.
