earl, you've brought up some good points and discussion but i'm not sure i agree with your assessment of "absurd" regarding sasha. how much could be saved by outsourcing his job? not much, if any imo.

perhaps in todays environment management salaries are too high at GNH but in the big scheme of things you're not talking about a tremendous amount of money wasted imo.

the issue is share price, the possibility of a JV or buyout (at these levels i would'nt be suprised to see an unsolicited bid at some point) and overall results. some of these items are beyond the control of anyone that may be on the board.

rather than trying to save 50-100k per year maybe the focus should be on finding a JV partner with some resources that could advance the project.
