There is nothing illegal about buying under D&D and selling under annon. It's done all the time and you can also do it if you wish. Sasha has no possible way of knowing whether D&D sells under annon unless he goes back to the nobo list after a large annon sale and looks to see if D&D's holdings dropped. That would take a bit of detective work as you can also elect to not be listed.

If you believe Sasha made such a statement, I would venture a guess that you missunderstood what he was saying as he really can't know that, much less divulge such information
