Mr. Earl, while I appreciate and respect your right to express personal opinions and commentary that offers a foundation for dialogue on here, I would suggest there is a difference between that motive and "floating a trial balloon" with an agenda. You may very well get your opportunity to offer your position in discovery, but if that is appealing and you believe it will be effective and constructive, and most importantly if you truly believe it your position warrants a legal examination, I wonder why are you not getting on with it. Debating salaries and remuneration in court is never productive, unless its fraudulent.

The possibilites of milling discussed on here lately is, in my opinion, far more constructive and valuable than continuing your campaign through this site. Your position was expressed, debated and re-stated with no new revelations so with respect, perhaps you can post and offer additional information or news that would be of interest.
