Just for everyones information;as I posted a while back,the old railroad up into the St-Magloire area and GNH claims was purchased by an unknown buyer and is undergoing heavy repairs by an independant maintenance company.They are now continuing the repairs on another section further south of Ste-Marie,Qc.It is for moving heavy tonnage from the repairs that they are doing.All new ties and soliditying the bed with crushed rock where needed.It was previously used for a touristic train,lumber.All crossing signals have been updated too.Someone has big plans for the area up there.There is currently no industry that I know of up there that could justify these costly repairs being done .
