It may be 45 calander days from the actual report eg. Jun 15th. but as my father used to say"Some people, given a chance, would mess (actually a more descriptive word than that) up the Lord's Prayer" not a compliment. Why would Frank not show a change in regard for shareholders and submit it a day or two early?? No as he and the elite BOD have become acustom to, lets wait until the very,very last minute or maybe even go over it by a day or two. I know, some will say they are trying to inlude all pertinent data etc. but that is getting Soooooo Old already. If you do not believe me look at our S/P .07 WOW!!! I f I were management I would be taking every opportunity I could to bring back confidence.
