Message: Mining Company Management Compensation

I have mentioned a couple times that our CEO is paid too much (150,000 p/a plus options etc.) he is not alone. I have several jr. mining companies and large managemet compensation is the norm whether it be by cash or by gold itself (I am sure many of you know which co. I speak of). It is time we shareholders stand up for ourselves and managemet should not be paid the same in yrs when their sp reduces 40-50% etc. as they are when things are going forward on time and whithin budget. It would be more reasonable if mgmt. received 50% of their present wages in cash (Im sure in Franks case he could survive on $75,000 I know I did quite well) and the balance in actual common shares to be held min 6mos. sounds fair to me. Frank is not alone and many CEOs work for several companies which bothers me to no end.

I guess I am used to people getting paid for results and this past 18mos not many jr. mining companies have done well (actually terrible) but their managment miss deadlines etc. and why not, their are no consequenses for thier actions or lack of action.
