I would see this as a good thing as there is no better way to get your share price to go up then to have it controlled by a "large" entity such as D&D... Us smaller fish can't do much about it unless you get the "herd mentality" so if a big fish comes in and has enough percentage of us, then they may just say,"all right boys... let's get this share price up and make some value for ourselves here..." It could be a good thing, if D&D have "enough" of us...
