I'll likely be there but these things typically aren't all that exciting. Let's hope they have the resource estimate out by than so that we can have a little bit of a discussion.

Two concerns that I have right now are that given the current market conditions we likely won't see any sort of pop even with a good estimate and the fact that we're going to need financing at some point in the near future.

I'm completely comfortable with what Frank and the gang are doing and think that this will generate a very decent return over the coming year, just extremely frustrated with the overall market at this point. I'm NOT going to sell in May but maybe I'll go away for a bit.
