It is far less difficult for an individual to be successfull in a defamation suit, in most cases,as they generally don't put themselves into a position of public scrutiny. IMO Hoov is no different, regardless of his involvment with certain companies. That does not allow someone to use him for target practice or entertainment. A company has less problem showing financial damage and makes an award easier to quantify. That is more difficult for an individual to do. I think Hoov made his point and the posters backed away. The dumb thing is that all the evidence is a matter of public record. You need to do very little work other than let a judge read. Problem with winning anything is that......what have you won?

I believe Hoov just wants to be treated with the respect he deserves......or be left alone.
