I'd even cash up if we were a penny or two under. Saving the dilution would be worth it, as the pp would probaly hurt the sp more short term. I think the problem the company has is that warrants won't give them a definite date to get cash in the bank. A pp does give them difinitive numbers and firm dates. That part I understand and can forgive their trepidation with us. The only saving grace would be that the PP they would need would be far smaller and they could go straight to the existing warrant holders to finance this new round.

Does anyone know the exact cash position right now? I'm thinking we should have between one and 1.5 mill on hand ?? If we go below 750k we are in trouble imo.

Warrants could put 3 mill in the kitty!
