however;

A news release extending the Warrants would be appropriate in the next 24 hours.

I estimate that our financial position puts us at close to one million dollars in the bank. Our burn rate will mean a pp must happen very soon. In this market that could be far more difficult and time consuming than collecting on warrants. With this sp and the need for multiple drills, the dilution could be significant.

It's crunch time!
