What am I, the yin to your yang these days?? :)
I checked out the link and just as an fyi the 102.72 is the 'arithmetic average' which is all of those junior companies market cap per ounce, divided by the amount of companies.
The 'weighted average' was 72.25 which considers the total market caps of the companies by the total number of ounces.
IMO, the weighted average here is more apropos.
Now considering we are in Quebec, for sure our value should be higher. But let's not forget we don't even have a resource estimate yet so technically this isn't relevant. However, we DO have a truckload full of solid assay results and a very good understanding of approximately where this RE should be.
I for one did a back of the napkin calculation over the weekend and thought our 500k guess was going to be tight. That was until I realized that there is closer to 3 tons in a cubic meter, not 1 ton as I originally thought. Now I think it's entirely possible and grade is going to be a MAJOR factor. I'm hoping for a grade of 1.5.
