The process of calculating value must be done at a reasonable in situ. (price per oz. in the ground before mining)
$60.00 is a joke: plain and simple.
as has been verified at length already: in situ ranges from 10 to 500 bucks an oz.
the minimum in situ value for GNH is $120.00: this, beyond a reasonable doubt.
thus: @ 500,000 oz. gives an isolated value of .60 cents (considering an R.E. only)
fair value must include at least 20-40 percent of potential.
and in our case it could be many times more considering we have a remaining 97% of our claims yet to be explored meaningfully.
those scenarios of very high valued in situ (up to $500.00 per oz.) are obviously cases where buy-outs considered very high potential for the claims in question on top of what was already verified in compliant R.E.
trusting that helps.

(we're going to Montreal to see TFC tangle with Mexico (soccer) ...would be nice if i could get the pilot to make a fly-by over our cliams ...i wish it was a twin-otter, i have felt so safe in that plane over many years in the acrtic.)
