I was speaking purely from the little guy's perspective in that those that bought at .28 often set off the frenzy that the little guy gets swept into only to find he/she loses 10% or more from a kneejerk response. I've done that so many times myself that I make it a rule now to never go there, though the instincts are still there. It's better over a trading career to stear clear of these urges as they more often than not, by far, result in what we saw today.....and yes I've also lived to regret the few times when they kept right on going unbelievably. Preserve thy capital = first responsibility.
