Looking at these numbers again Hoov, I just noticed that the sample 5 which was the volcanoclastics had a great recovery when both gravity and cyanide are used: 96.8%! Any gold producer would be very happy with those kind of numbers. The good thing here is that although most of our gold is in Quartz diorite (and does so well with gravity only), we would still do very well with the gold in the volcanoclastics if we were to find more of that type of gold to make it worth our while. Grant you we only processed 1 sample of that type so we have more work to do but this early metallurgy is very encouraging!
