As regards to insider selling, I do not consider cashing a few thousanhd out of a position bearing hundreds of thousand of shares a "running for the doors" move. Insider selling is usual, especially fort tax reason, or precedent to the exercize of warrants and options. It is certainly a light opening, but in many cases it's a yellow one!
