My feeling is Cannacord is buying for the momentum, which they do quite often, and there is nothing wrong with that strategy. D&D is a solid investor in GNH.

Did GNH hire Glor as the new PR firm ?

I'm very happy to see all this increased activity and interest however I am also much more knowledgeable and cautious than the last time we ran hard. I think the market is also, and so my expectations are more reserved. If the number of 500,000 ounces is true, I would be very surprised if the market gave us anything over $100 situ, which in todays market is very generous. Actually, anything over $50 seems to be generous at this point in time, although I think that number is way too low. I'm assuming that the warrants will get exercised and I hope that happens because that is probably the best thing for everybody right now. Just as an example, PDG have almost 3 million ounces and a PEA and they are only getting an situ of $65.

The Champagne Zone is perhaps what can help drive up the price and I think already part of that zone is being factored into the price. I believe the recent drilling was done in an effort to confirm some historical results and to perhaps have some step outs. This area is still very much in its infancy stage so we can't expect too much to be priced in. Saying that the F/D o/s share count would be just 200 million to prove up 3 million ounces I think is extremely overly optimistic and I'm expecting a number closer to 300 million. I think the run in our price has been justified and I expect the SP to settle in around the 35 to 40 cent mark for the next while. I really see no justification in our SP jumping to 60 to 70 cents on the up coming assays, but if it does, I'll gladly unload and buy back later.
