No jealousy here, just stating my opinion. I don't want to see investors getting caught in another pump job. I have full faith in what GNH is doing and showing us up to this point and I think we are finally valued where we probably should be. All indicators are that an initial RE will probably come in around 500,000 ounces and if that is the case then we are exactly where we should be, not 40 cents.

Proving up the viability of this deposit continues and I truly believe it will happen, however it will take time and unfortunately further dilution. I'm not a trader like you, I'm an investor looking for future value, and the future value depends a great deal on future financing. This is a long-term play for me and my friends and our major concern is how future financing is conducted. I would prefer that it was done strategically to maximize ALL shareholders wealth, rather than a select few. If this means that the Champagne Zone might hold huge upside, then Frank and team can continue to focus on this area as well and play it tight. In other words "zip" to nobody, and he can use this information along with the initial RE to negotiate financing at perhaps double-triple or even four times higher than those 20 million warrants. It has been done before by others and I see no reason why it can't be done by GNH if they truly have the goods.

Nothing would make the majority of shareholders more happy than to have a halt on the stock for a couple of days and wake up to financing of 20 million shares done at $1.

If Frank needs help selling to the institutions, I'm sure that can be arranged. Believe it or not, Selling is an art and requires tremendous skill, especially when selling intangibles such as the future potential of GNH. The other thing which I have no idea whether or not is the case here, if a Salesperson's reputation is tarnished for whatever reason, they will never attain the successful future value for their organization.
