So how does this work?

GNH has made a proposal so does the announcement indicate that the "seller" has recieved this offer and has made some indication that they are considering this offer or in some way has accepted the offer pending this 4 month hold?

It would make no sense that this would have been news if the seller had no intention or desire to hear an offer.

Does the "seller" have options during this period?

I think all have to keep in mind that these claims may or may not produce results and have to be priced accordingly even if surrounding claims show results.

Overall, I am very pleased to see our shareprice and look forward to new results moving our bottom up significantly higher.
