Thanks Glorieux. Yes I remember when Snow White was expected to be a hidden Gem and after the bulk Sample it was identified as basically a "waist of time and money". I still believe this company is too small to be paying Frank $150,000 p/yr plus whatever options he receives.However if he moves the sp in a upward direction and maintains it then I would re-consider but til then I believe compensation should be based on quarterly results with lets say aminimum of $65-75,000. not a bad salary in todays world.
