The value issue is a moving target and the strategy of GNH plays an important role in the validity of our calculations. I sure hope you are right about the corporate tax rate. As a Toronto boy, I always expect the worst. I am also pretty sure that they have some interesting ideas that we haven't thought of yet.

The important thing is that all of our valuations are well above the current sp.
