Glorieux is merely a bit over zealous as he has made a point that at the time of the PP approx 2 years ago, the company was trying to raise money and had a much worse off deal that was "almost" made with US money... He correctly stated that Larry Hoover got on his horse and contacted a bunch of us (who he had met at the Noront Golf Tournament) and made a much better deal for the company and for us (I was thinking at the time). Now, asking for the company to extend the warrants is not a bad thing, it is done all the time. I also asked the company to extend the warrants as I don't have the finances to purchase any more shares at this price (and that does NOT make me happy either!!!).

Now, because I don't have the extra cash to buy shares at this price, I can't take advantage of the number of shares that I would "like to own"... I will be short and again, not meet my targets.. Oh well. such is life. I am used to it. Now, because we did pay the company 2 years ago with a very good deal for them and us, then it would be nice if I could hold on to those warrants and perhaps make some money off them...

Now, I know anasocoles personally and he will vouch that I am in no way, shape or form trying to make a "boatload" of cash on anyone and I still have all my Golden shares from the PP and have bought more at a much higher price as well. If I had ANY foresight, I would have sold those shares at the high prices and be sitting in the position that I crave to be in, which means I would get it right just once... So, I feel for Frank and I also understand the other side of the coin... I'm not happy to just leave my warrants expire but such is life and the decision of the company. I will live with it...

So, everyone just relax and get along (please). Rememeber that there is always another point of view and give it a bit of leeway... Just my opinion, of course.
