i agree with your perspective of the market and GNH as a junior.

however when i read your comment on young quick minds replacing older ones i was amazed.

please understand your philosophy is further from the truth and reality than that of the farthest galaxy which the Hubble telescope can grasp a semblance of.

as an example, young minds and their quick thinking is exactly what has caused the melt down of 2008 here in north america, as they wrapped up dirty paper and sold the so-cold assets around the world.

you might want to infuse young minds into the mix... this is always highly advantageous

however, if you do so at the expense of experience and history of older minds and the subsequent wisdom, the result is always, without fail, a catastrophic mess of greed, pride and compulsion toward being quick and different, just for the sake of it.
