Sure. But this is the same as buying the shares. It is only an upside if the current sp is HIGHER than the warrant exercise price. I can see one other benefit.... if you have, say, 1 million warrants, it would be difficult to buy 1 million shares of GNH right now on the open market without driving the price to the moon, so that would be a good reason to exercise your warrants at a price higher than the current sp. OR if you want to financialy support the company. Otherwise... I see no benefit. I'd love for someone to point out any flaws in my logic though. I have to make this decision soon as well.
