That link led directly to the copy I had and had put in my dropbox and shared the link to. I deleted that folder from my dropbox a few weeks back forgetting that the link had been shared here.

My apologies. I no longer have the original pdf. So either someone else can put it somewhere and share the link OR you can email me another copy so that I can re-share a new link for the library.
