The nice thing is that when they buy they simply put the order in at the ASK price which helps drives the price up. They're not putting in huge orders at low prices trying to pick up cheap shares. They want to take a possition and it looks like they're willing to pay for it which is great. Now if we could only convince everyone to stop selling their shares and make them REALLY pay up if they want some more.
