Wow, time is flying. I've been so swamped in my real world (as opposed to this cyberworld) that stocks have taken a solid backseat.

Saw the last two NR's. Ever the optimist, I see the options as incentive and less about compensation. I'm pretty sure people don't sign on for jr's for the salary. With that said, I do feel the dilution was significant.

Perhaps Zurowski who I think is a key man in this operation will feel more motivated if he has a few options in the black.

CFO? They needed one and this reflects well on the organization as a whole. Short term it may look wasteful, long term it's required.
