Thanks for that, Justice. I knew about the Alpha exchange and the greedy players who started it, but I had no idea that there were 'dark pools', albeit more prominent in the US.
These 'dark pools' do not sound legal, although they have deemed so. Insti investors in these murky pools are free to trade without any details being revealed of the transaction or who it's from.
I'm not saavy enough to know all the games in investing and I am well aware that there is an uneven playing field between insti and retail investors, but these 'dark poolers' seem to think that they are special people. Hah ! They're special alright. They probably sing that song "I'm Special" (by The Pretenders), to their mirror every night.
Well at least the mirror thinks they are. I don't, I think they're crooks. JMO mind you.
