I agree with you Scott, this is a very small price to pay to remove any doubt about our property, the resource on it and eliminate some of the environmental risk that may exist. I have visited the property and nothing there strikes me as unusual or that it deserves protection but getting this done will pave the way to more development work. I was dissapointed to not see a SP bump from the NR today but it was nice to see the wall at 21 drawing a line in the sand.
