I appreciated your post. I went to a seminar a few weeks ago where one speaker stressed that the most important thing to look at in a company are the people. I have heard this datum a number of times but it finally sunk in as to why this is true.

I met Frank at a Resource Conference in Vancouver and quite liked him. But it is nice to get an opinion from someone such as you who know him for a much longer time.
