Developing Bellechasse-Timmins Gold Deposit

New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt

Message: NR

There are two parts of this NR that I initially missed:

i)The VG and mineralization on strike for T1 & T2 would appear to significantly increase the size of these deposits. These zones are the cornerstone of this project; zones that the 43-101 resource estimate will be based on: this is very good news. We will have to wait for assay results for the company to comment further on this, but, from what I'm told, it seems very promising.

ii) Holes 127 & 128: SAMPLES TAKEN FROM INTERVALS WITH VISIBLE GOLD IN HOLES BD2010-127 &128 RETURNED LOW ASSAY RESULTS (<0.08 G/T AU). From what I understand, this means that the VG did not make it into the assay batch, and further demonstrates that the only true indicator of grade is bulk sampling. I believe there was some discussion about this earlier, in that half the core is retained, and half is sent to the lab. At any rate, this is the reality of a nuggety deposit, which should not be news to any of us at this point. If you're waiting for a hole with 300m @ 6 g/t, this is not going to happen here. Again, the name of the game with this deposit is tonnage, which continues to increase...

Hopefully Mr. Hoover will have time to review this NR, and give us his read on it soon.
