Frank is doing exactly what he should do - let JT and the other experts call the shots and give them enough money to do it.

There has never been the slightest hint at any time that James Tilsley is unqualified to lead this project or that he has any problem with the support he gets from management. It is the expertise and vision of Mr. Tilsley that makes this investment worthwhile IMHO.

Frank rounded up $4 million for this year's work and lets JT decide how to use it. I am very happy with that.
