As this observer reads his charts, the bottom is passed, and ALL momentum indicators have turned UP!

There is NO reason to suggest a a mid term return into the 40's would not be reasonable, as the upper Bollinger band stands about .45.

As always, NEWS and the CHARTS will tell the story.....

But for now, that story is CLEARLY to the UPSIDE!
