Actlabs has been in business for 24 years and yet we are made to believe this was a one time, something new type mess up at the lab where they have never encountered before. I find that almost impossible to believe and they have changed the way things are done buy putting in fail safe proceedures to insure this doesn't happen agian. Usually if someone messes up something rather large , in this case I would say this qualifies, the company would go out of ther way to speed things up to the max ensuring credability and keeping future customers happy. Yet here we are still waiting mounths after saying all the delay problems have been put to rest.
