Good morning Glori,

I can't remember the time rule in regard to information release and insider buying/selling.

If I'm not mistaken, is it a 5 day wait to release material information after an insider buys?

I know Larry knows this rule and I swear he explained it to me but I can't find his email. Someone know?............carry
