Thanks Brad...this was a great interview with Frank Candido but long...so here is the summary:

Interviewer ...Michel Carignan...decision plus.com

GNH...current stats..145M shares FD..$45M mkt cap...$4.5M cash

What explains the two dramatic jumps in SP in 2010?

In May GNH announced a bulk sample of 720 tonnes that graded at 3g/t avg and the sp jumped in June on this news.

In the summer GNH started to get some coverage by analysts like James West and Jay Taylor on BNN and again the sp jumped to a high of $.98.

What explains the sharp drop in SP in the fall? Was it the lack of assay results?

No it was not so much the lack of assays as the amount of profit taking that took place after the sp ran from $.18 to $.98. 30M shares were traded on the way down from $.98.

So there is a lot of support at these levels and we believe the sp is cheap now. The sp is about where it was in 2007 and yet the company is much stronger now. Changes since 2007 include:

1. There is a strong management team now that includes Jim Tilsley, one of the most respected geologists in the business. Frank Candido is now the President.

2. There is a new strong Board that includes a prominent Lawyer, Bob Stocks, and experienced mining executives...Marc Drouin and Michael Zurowski.

3. The bulk sampling has shown that the resource has an above average grade.

4. GNH spent $10m on exploration since 2007. Using SGH and drilling GNH has identified several areas of mineralization on the bellechase-timmins property leading to the possibility that this is a belt of mineralization not just a single deposit.

5. Bellechase-Timmins is just one of several properties that GNH has staked in the Beauce.

What advantages does GNH have over other exploration companies?

The Beauce is a 3.5 hour drive from Montreal and an hour from Quebec City. All the infrastructure is available at the property including electricity, water and roads. Investors and analysts have been able to visit the property by car and find food and accomodation nearby. Drilling companies can drive their drill rigs onto the property without the use of hellecopters. Exploration costs are much lower as a result of the ease of access.

What about environmental concerns?

We are working with a company called Roche to ensure thatwe are following all the appropriate regulations. We are holding town hall meetings in the local communities to share our plans with the local residents and to get their input. Many of our employees are from the local community including Dany Boillard, our field and logistics manager, 2 geologists and our office manager.

So what's next for GNH?

In 2010 we drilled 16,000 meters and we are now drilling in the winter for the first time in the history of the company. Snow is not a problem for drilling in the beauce because there are plowed roads to the property.

We intend to start definition (infill) drilling soon aimed at helping satisfy a 43-101. We intend to publish a resource estimate in 2011. We may take a pause with exploration drilling until we get more information from past drilling including a recent bulk sample.

What happens to the drill core after it comes out of the ground?

The core is loaded into wooden drill trays and sent to the core shack where geologists log the core and examine it. Mineralized material is cut in half and one half is sent to the lab for fire assay. At the lab any assay over 25ppb gold is further processed using full pulp metalic ...the entire sample is assayed.

I read that your core has VG (visible gold). What is that?

Some of our core has small gold particles about the size of half your nail that can be seen by trained geologists using a magnifying glass and/or the naked eye.

I talked to Frank Candido by phone today and he added that the interview was much better in French than in English. He said the interviewer was very impressed with GNH and wants to follow up soon. He will be having lunch with Michel this week.
