Ive posted that before speculating that maybe they have the tonnage proved its just a question of them wanting to prove the actual grade first (rather then say we have a 100 million tons but dont know what the actual grade is).. That might be too good to be true, and in all likely hood they are just backed up and 100 million tons wont come out till spring time. (if they prove it like they thought they could last year)
