I see a few more experienced folks have already responded but I will add my 5 cents worth.

My understanding of the GNH news release on the latest PP is that a 4-month hold period is mandatory:

"Under applicable securities legislation and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the securities issued or issuable in the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring on April 15, 2011."

1,128,537 shares in total were aquired privately by Joe Dwek MineralFields Consultants 2007 Inc. at (many at a premium to the current share price) in this latest private placement.

If I extrapolate this correctly, this would mean JDM already held over 7,000,000 (approx) GNH shares *prior* to the latest private placement (the SEDI document shows an additional 3.4 Million existing warrants to purchase even more shares).

I don't think it is far-fetched to believe in the possibility or probability that JDM would therefore be expecting/anticipating/prognosticating/etc on a lot of news and results to be released between now and April 15, 2011.

These 281,000 shares sold at .40 may simply be much older previously acquired shares that are not part of the latest private placement portion and may reflect some simple profit-taking on JDM's part.

From GNH's point of view, it would be a lot easier to justify such a sell move considering JDM invested an additional $3.7 Million dollars as part of the latest private placement *on top* of the massive position JDM already held prior to the private placement.

Only my take and correct me if I am wrong, but I don't see *any* cause for negativity here. SFF.V experienced a 5-month delay before finally releasing news on Dec 2 and it generated huge gains in share price with volume of some 70 million shares.

The sooner Mr Tilsley and friends can put the pieces of this sizeable GNH puzzle together, everything else market-wise should ostensibly follow in due course.
