CJR, it is perfectly legal to make someone sign papers making him/her an insider to the company and then sharing all that can be shared. From what I understand, this is what happened. They had a deal almost done 2 weeks ago at a higher price when the share price started to slide. We apparently may have had more than 1 suitor as well.

Once they get to look at the updated info (after signing insider status), they are not allowed to be active in the public market ie buy or sell publicly until the info they have is made public.

Now that all this is on the table, I find it very interesting to look back at our chart and see that from that point on (2 weeks ago) is when our share price really started to fall. Was this something orchestrated by who ever was the person/group behind the PP was or one of the other suitors? No one will ever know.

One thing I keep going back to is the pump and dump video and all the bashing by Twilight, along with a rash of newbie posters that talked doom and gloom, stop losses, going back to the twenties, no support till 18 cents...This was a very powerful phychological kicking we got! It is very hard for joe average to hold on to his/her share in the face of such an ugly chart (wonder if this was by design) and all this bashing. Even I got nervous and was much more active on the phone to Frank, Sasha, Hoov, Brad, PC. When I bought more at 36 and then 35, a respected friend asked me if I was nuts and that he was not buying anymore until we get assays. I have to admit even my confidence was shaken...but I stayed the course.

This respected friend bought yesterday and I was happy to hear that he felt good about the company again as he seriously considered selling his good size position at one point but held after talking to a few of us. So those of you who held on and bought more thru this poop storm, congratulation because it was hard even for us bigger shareholders to not get shaken by all this crap.

I have no doubt that the info shared to secure such a high priced PP must of been very good news because the rumored individual is a very smart and hard negotiator and he even refused to have his name in the NR because he did not want his name associated to a PP with such a high price over the market price. This bodes very well for all of us!
