Good day for the Gnh'ers who have have their A$$es handed to them over the past month. Adds a little grit to the shareholder base too- whatever doesn't kill you....

I'm really pleased with Frank and his team for securing this deal although I have no doubt that Frank thinks that he should have been able to do better. It's nice for them as they've been public enemy #1 with a volatile group of shareholders (me included) and this money will pave the way for them to focus on what is really important - proving out the resource.

I'm happy for me because I'm throwing an annual bender tonight for 60+ people and instead of 'What's going on with Golden Hope?' it will be 'What's going on with Golden Hope!'.

I don't think the dilution is significant at all in the bigger picture. I think that this is around the exact amount they needed to raise and strategically speaking, the next round of financing will be done with a world more evidence to support it.

Of course...just to keep it real...there is a TON of work to be done folks and there will be delays, challenges, probably some really insane weather that will stop drilling at some point, gold price and stock market fluctuations, and a rash of other issues that will likely creep up BUT, this NR just goes to show you that Frank is doing a pretty good job of keeping this company on the rails.

Quite pleased, impressed and proud of a tough job well done...
