I would have to agree with Mr Brattymack and Mr Glorieux that a private placement could not have been agreed to for such a premium well over and above the lagging share price if there weren't insiders who are already "in the know" willing to put up the big dollars.

This is extremely uncommon (if not unprecedented) imho.

The GNH assay and bulk sample results should make for some interesting analysis and conversation once they come out.

I added more GNH shares today.
