No it is not the same exchange as the Pink Sheets but the ticker will be the same. It will be a seamless transfer for US shareholders.

On the OTCQX all US retails and discount brokerage accounts have access, the company does not need to be SOX compliant as Canadian GAAP (accounting) is accepted thereby reducing costs greatly. Also, the TSXV data feeds are harmonized and the QX offers a free real-time Level 2 quote.
