I have to agree with you that everyone on this board knows what has happened in the last few months. We all follow this one very closely.

For just that reason I feel that you have made your point and if you feel the way you have indicated it is probably time to sell and move on.

For myself, and many others, it is the long term picture we are now concerned with and we are happy with the potential being proven up.
